The duplexes are compounded of 14 attached houses and a common enclosure with a wide landscaping with lots of pines and a nice pool. Every house has a privet terrace with barbecue, a table and chairs to enjoy the outdoor and the tranquility of the area. In fact, El Pinar houses are in a calm area of Miami Platja, between the Golf Court Bonmont and the beach. Near there you will find a supermarket, restaurants (some with food to take away).

El Pinar duplexes have this name because of the wide landscaping that surrounds the complex. In this area, the children will play safely and in constant contact with the nature.
The complex has a common pool and a small solarium where you can relax and take a sunbath. It also has a big picnic table for those who come in a big group can eat all together and share fun moments.
Pinar has also a parking space for cars without supplement.
